What to Send to Request a Quote
If you want a fast and accurate sworn translation quote, the best thing you can do is send the complete final document set from the start.
Send These Items
- A clear scan or photo of every page
- The full document, not just page 1
- The apostille or legalization page, if it has already been added
- Any official cover pages or attachments
- Your deadline
- Where the translation will be used, if known
Why the Full Set Matters
Quotes are based on the final page count. If only part of the document is sent at first, the quote may need to be revised later when the missing pages arrive.
What Makes a File Easier to Review
The best files are complete, legible, flat and well lit, uncropped, and high enough resolution to read all text, stamps, and signatures. PDF is ideal, but clear images also work.
